TOLD P:4

Hello! I love using the TOLD P4 to test for language but hate reporting the scores. If you are familiar with this test you know that it does not follow the typical scoring system that we often use.
I am doing a re-evaluation and the page has limited space for reporting and explaining everthing. My question is this:
Do you/would you report all of the individual subtest scores, supplemental subtest scores, and composite performance scores?

Thanks

Why do have to report the scores at all? As long as you give good information that accurately describes the child's strengths and weaknesses, you don't even have to give the scores.

At least in my district, we do have to report scores if we are going to make a child eligible under language impairment. I can't help the OP with reporting this particular test, as I've never given it.

We're not required to report the scores in my district as long as we give a good description of the child's abilities so that it would be clear to another SLP readining it that the child would or would not qualify.

I have to do this a lot with my Spanish Dominant students. Reporting an English CELF-4/PLS-5/Etc score for them won't really give a good picture of their abilities beacuse it's measuring english language development of a Spanish speaker... when really, most have only been exposed to English since Pre-K and get little to no English support at home.

I report it all, but in the IEP I just put the composite scores. I seldom do the supplemental subtests.
